For 2012, Arisia has added two overflow hotels. They are both located near Boston Logan Airport, a short hop away via public transit on the Silver Line.

RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation for either hotel call 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667), identify which hotel you want, and say you're with "Arisia." CALL TO GET SPECIAL RATE (not available online).
The Arisia room blocks at both hotels expire after January 6, 2012. The negotiated Arisia rate will still be available after this date, but rooms may not be.
Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance at the Hilton and 3pm the day before arrival at the Embassy Suites.
Public Transit Directions
Hilton: Take the hotel's free shuttle to the airport or walk through the parking garage to any Silver Line stop (the one in terminal A is closest to the Hilton and the one in terminal E may be fastest leaving the airport, but there is a stop at each airport terminal). Take the Silver Line (SL1) towards South Station and get off at the World Trade Center station.
Embassy Suites:Take the hotel's free shuttle to the airport and follow the previous instructions.

PLEASE NOTE
On the return trip from the World Trade Center station toward the Airport, you must board the SL1 bus.
The fare for the Silver Line is $2.00 each way (unless you have a hard plastic Charlie Card, in which case the fare is $1.70; Charlie Cards may be available at the World Trade Center Stop and at the airport.)
The last Silver Line bus leaves from the World Trade Center for the Airport at 12:34am.
