Preliminary schedules are up for program participants. To view them, participants should log into Zambia. If you find any problems in your schedule please contact program@arisia.org

This also means that there is less than a month until we post the schedule on the website!

New Participant Applications Now Closed

Thank you to everyone who applied to be a participant this year. We have closed new participant applications for this year to focus on developing the programming for this year's convention. See you all in January!

Panel Selection

At this time we have opening up panel sign-ups for program participants.

Emails with further information have gone out to program participants already. If you are a program participant for 2012 and have not received this email yet, please contact us as soon as possible.

Also, please take a moment again to consider your stated availability. In particular, just as a reminder, the Arisia Masquerade generally runs from 8-10 pm on Saturday.

The deadline for initial panel selection by participants is October 15th, 2011.

A Note on Participant Invites

Due to a problem with a system upgrade in our registration system, Arisia participants from previous years who were not participants last year were not automatically flagged as participants this year. If you are aware of anyone in this situation who is interested in participating this year, please have them contact program@arisia.org

Brainstorm Closed

The Brainstorming list for Arisia 2012 is now closed. Thanks to all who suggested ideas and contributed to the discussion. If you still have ideas for Programming/Events items, you can email them to proposals@arisia.org and they will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All other Programming-related questions should be sent to program@arisia.org. The Programming staff will be reviewing the submitted ideas in the coming weeks for inclusion in the list of available panels. The notice inviting participants will sent out in the first half of August 2011.
