Reservations

All of Arisia '12 functions and parties will be at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Arisia has blocked most, but not all of rooms at the Westin so we will be sharing some of the guest room floors with non-Arisia guests.

The following room types were available at the Westin: King - one king-size bed;  Double - two double beds (the Westin has more Kings than Doubles) and these are available as "Traditional" and "Deluxe" rooms.  Deluxe rooms are slightly larger than Traditional rooms. (note if you make a special room request you might be assigned a Traditional room)

King (one bed) rooms are $119 per night. Double (two beds) rooms are $144. All rooms are charged 14.45% tax.

The Westin does not permit more than four people to share a hotel room.

The Westin does not permit smoking anywhere in the hotel, there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged for smoking anywhere in the hotel (including guest rooms).

Cooking food in hotel rooms is not permitted. The hotel guest rooms do not have the necessary ventilation do deal with the cooking odors. The only exception is for medical needs.

We have an Active block (noisier, parties) and Quiet block (rooms further away from parties), both of which are arranged to include all types of rooms.  While we will have some floors that are all active rooms, every hotel floor (including those that are mostly quiet) have suites that might contain parties.

If you want something other than a normal room, please read the entire page before making a reservation.

Please do not call the Westin to make or change a reservation, instead, please use Westin's URLs below make a reservation, or the Special Request form to change your reservation.

If you are Arisia Staff and would like a room in the Staff Block, please go to the Arisia Staff website.
